Board room meetings, directors dining, product launches

Normal: kshs. 3,000 & Executives is Kshs. 3,500 per person per day inclusive of:

  • flip chart & market pens
  • stationery (writing material & a pen)
  • Drinking water i.e. half litre per session(morning & afternoon)
  • 10:00 o’ clock and 4:00 o’ clock tea with snacks and mints
  • Buffet lunch inclusive of soft drinks
  • Accommodation for residence at 10% discount.

Additional equipment:

  • Projectors, Kshs. 6,000 per day
  • Additional flip chart kshs. 2,000

Private functions

Birthdays, engagements, funerals, christenings and celebrations

We offer you an ideal environment to ensure that your guests, will have a great time while ensuring privacy.

We have exclusive packages to meet your needs, 

Package inclusive of:

  • Accommodation for residence at 10% discount.

Wedding Catering

Got a wedding, and looking for the perfect location to host the wedding reception? Blixen Resort spa has beautiful grounds to wow your wedding guests. 

In addition, we have exceptionally trained staff to offer quality wedding services to meet your needs.

Pricing:

  • Garden photo shooting at kshs. 5,000
  • Wedding grounds and team building kshs. 20,000

Guarantee and cancellation policy

  • A deposit of 50% paid in advance is required to reserve a room
  • Reservations are held up to 6pm unless payment is guaranteed
  • There is no charge for cancellation, 14 days to arrival
  • Cancellation 96 hrs prior to arrival, a 50% surcharge of the total charge
  • Cancellation 48 hrs prior to arrival will attract 75% surcharge of the total charge
  • Payment acceptable in kshs and Usd (at current prevailing exchange rates)
